    Full-time, Permanent

    Accountable for leading and managing the implementation of the relevant Academy policies and
    development plans as determined by the Principal and Hub Council and in relation to:


    • Develop Subject Leadership across the Academy ensuring consistency of subject teaching,
    Support planning, team-teaching, and delivering all Staff Development and CPD


    • Provide personalised professional coaching support through discussion about their practice
    • Lead on Oasis Horizons Programme within the Academy
    • Develop new initiatives for Subject Leadership within the Academy
    • The post holder is expected to support the Academy's aims, ethos and vision, to be familiar
    with Academy policies and procedures and reinforce these with all stakeholders as
    with the current DCSF's School Teachers' Pay and Conditions document and wider
    responsibilities relating to strategic direction and development, teaching and learning,
    leading and managing staff and efficient and effective deployment of staff and resources in
