Edward Reed are searching for an experienced Revenue Manager to support the Commercial Director in a newly appointed role.

Our client, a leading hospitality and leisure provider based in the North East is looking to expand its commercial team with an analytical yet personable hire.

To co-ordinate activities with Sales, Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing,M&E Sales andM&E Planning & Hotel Operations to define, implement and measure all commercial strategies
Developing pricing strategies, including building rates for rooms and packages
Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; inventory availability by channel; Management, training and mentoring of reservations and events teams members which include two direct reports
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
Ability to analyse financial reports: Effective influencing, consensus building and negotiation skills
