Job Title:
Dispatch Administrator


Salary:
£23-26,000 (experience dependent)


Location:
Sevenoaks


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods and services
  • Schedule and assign deliveries to appropriate drivers or service technicians
  • Monitor delivery progress, communicating with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including tracking and reporting of delivery performance
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for dispatch

Requirements:


  • 13 years of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Familiarity with dispatch software and inventory management systems
