Dispatch Administrator
Salary:
£23-26,000 (experience dependent)
Location:
Sevenoaks
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods and services
- Schedule and assign deliveries to appropriate drivers or service technicians
- Monitor delivery progress, communicating with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including tracking and reporting of delivery performance
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for dispatch
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
- Familiarity with dispatch software and inventory management systems
