Key Objective:
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications.
This role will be pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting the customerat the heart of the organisation as the business continues its rapid expansion locally and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer touch points including the website, competitions, call centre, marketing activity and events.
Manage the development and implementation of consumer segmentation models based on commonality of characteristics inclusive of purchase history, consumer type, consumer behaviour and demographics.
Drive the continuous optimisation of on-site product recommendations, cross-selling and merchandising opportunities based on segmentation models.Work with the Merchandise Manager to develop an on-site refer-a-friend programme to drive loyalty of existing customers
Manage the communication of results of purchase surveys providing insight for performance improvements to key stakeholders.
Work closely with departments in the business, inclusive of senior management and key stakeholders to develop and launch suitable marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the IT department to ensure that all data is flowing effectively and data quality is maintained.Work closely with senior management in developing the customer loyalty vision for the business.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Educated to a 2:1 degree level in either a marketing or business related qualification
- Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages
- Excellent English verbal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Numerate and analytical to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
- Ability to manage multi projects, organise and prioritise
- Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
- Accurate, systematic and methodical
- Selfmotivated, driven and the desire to help
- Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines whilst remaining calm when under pressure
