Graduate Teaching Assistant
Looking for an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the education sector for September 2023? A graduate teaching assistant role across various schools in Buckinghamshire might be the perfect fit for you


With the potential to work in mainstream and SEN schools in High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Amersham, Denham, the Chalfont's, and many more areas, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while also developing your own skills and expertise.


Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Supporting students with a range of learning needs, including SEN
  • Delivering small group and onetoone interventions
  • Leading classroom activities and supporting student engagement
  • Providing administrative support to teachers as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
Depending on relevant experience and the school, the day rate will be between £80-£95.
