    SE London/Kent Borders/Hybrid/Remote

    An exciting opportunity has become available for a Conveyancer to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking law firm in their office on a hybrid basis.

    This is a new role and due to an increase in residential property work in this department.

    The role will include:

    • Managing your own caseload of residential property cases
    • Freehold and leasehold
    • Re-Mortgages, shared ownership, and new build
    • Liaising with other team members and the team supervisor
    • Responding to clients giving regular updates
    • Contribute to developments of the company

    You will be:

    • A Conveyancer, Solicitors, Legal Executive, or fee earner
    • Be technically sound in residential property work
    • Have clear and concise communication skills
    • Motivated and enthusiastic

    This role offers the support of a great three office firm, ongoing training, and progression.
