Method Resourcing are working exclusively with a rapidly growing FinTech organisation who are looking for a prominent QA Engineer to take their QA function to the next level.

My client specialises in providing a payment platform in the B2B sector that enablesa powerful solution to foreign brokers and payment providers.

This allows their customers to have fast-moving buying power in foreign currency.

You will be working in a small but super high-tech team working collaboratively in order to reach a common goal.

As they are in this building phase, initially you will be leading the QA framework based on manual testing and then in 6 months' time you willbe leading the QA function which will automate that framework.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and grow out their QA team and really develop yourself into a leadership position in a short amount of time.

What we're looking for:

Someone who can outline a vision of QA in the company and continually champion new ideas going forward.
Strong in manual/exploratory testing with experience in a variety of testing methodologies.
Exposure to automation testing, ideally with tools such as Cypress or Jest.
An analytical selfstarter who is confident to put their ideas forward and who can critically evaluate existing implementations and methodologies.
Be able to influence and inspire the team around efficient and robust QA and its implementations.

Alongside a starting salary of £80,000 - £85,000, we can offer a benefits package which includes 25 days holiday + BH's, training and career development, stock options and free gym membership plus more.

Working arrangements for this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week into their central London office and the other 2 days WFH.
