    Title:

    Flex Legal - Company Secretary (Asst / Deputy / Head Of roles)Flex Legal continues to match our client needs by growing our company secretarial support services.

    We are looking for exceptional consultants to work on some great projects with our amazing client base.

    At all levels of experience, we do look for those with listed company experience, ideally those who may have worked in a regulated industry.

    Further, we have a current role that is truly exceptional in its remit and scope:
    Our client is a household name operating in the tech/hospitality space.

    We are working with them to find a talented, tenacious and technically savvy Company Secretary (EMEA), for a maternity cover months), starting in mid-July 2024.You will be directly and proactively supporting the Associate GC and wider legal team, providing advice, information and support across the EMEA entities in all matters related to corporate governance and general company administration.

    You will excel in stakeholder management with individuals in different departments throughout the business - and you will know how to get things doneYou will be confident, proactive, able to see 'the big picture' and pull together teams.

    You will have tenacity with strong attention to detail.


    You will:


    Act as sole contact for all EMEA company secretarial and corporate governance matters and being responsible for promoting consistent and high standards of governance.

    Be responsible for all entities in EMEA (c. 20 entities in c. 10 countries in EMEA - including regulated and non-regulated private companies)Maintain all EMEA company records and trackers using Diligent Boards, Diligent Entities, G-Suite and coordinate annual financial statement approvalsManage quarterly board meetings and review board compositions and effectiveness of EMEA entities....

    ICSA qualification (ideally Associate or Fellow level)Extensive company secretarial experience in a listed company environment.
    Project management/strong organisational skills.
    Knowledge of Diligent Entities and Diligent Boards software is a plus but not essential.
