    Description
    PD&MS Group have a great opportunity for a Offshore Construction Supervisor to join our progressive construction team.

    PD&MS are looking for an experienced Offshore Construction Supervisor to lead the offshore construction team through a drilling return to service reactivation project.

    The candidate should have experience and good understanding of drilling and drilling maintenance activities and operations as well as good understanding of drilling equipment and drilling systems.

    Oversee coordination and management of all construction projects offshore.

    Oversee all relevant project team members to ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress, issues and plans, including SHE Advisor and Planners.

    Manage and lead site safety meetings, toolbox talks and pre-shift briefs.

    Adhere to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties, in particular, risk assessment and control, reliability and failure prevention necessary to ensure the safe design, provision and use of tools, equipment and systems.

    Participate in Construction Campaign Risk assessments.
    Review, challenge and implementation of construction packages of work.

    Attend and participate in onshore design / constructability reviews as required, bringing sufficient expertise to the discussion to add value to the project.

    Review, inspect and (where required) release offshore construction materials, plant and equipment.
    Inspect and release project work scope to client's representatives.
    Ensure all materials required for offshore installation are checked and verified for completeness.
    Identify and call off the required Tools, Plant, Equipment and Consumables for offshore construction campaigns.
    Provide sufficient oversight of offshore trade and vendor personnel, coordination with client representative, and ensure SIMOPS are addressed.
    Liaise / coordinate specialist vendor input to construction activity.
    Comply with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies.
