The Role & Responsibilities:

As Product Lead, you will play a key leadership role in designing and building our offerings for the future.

You will lead and coach product teams made up of small, multi-disciplinary teams to plan, prioritise and deliver on the most impactful outcomes for our customers.

You will partner closely with business leaders of key product areas, help build the appropriate strategies and set ambitious goals.

Through this journey, you will gain deep insights and become an expert in one of many high growth areas within consumer, business and real estate finance.

As a Product Leader, you will be a key part of transforming how Shawbrook operates; the way we conduct product discovery, design and build customer and colleague propositions, and how we learn to iterate and improve quickly.

You will be a core part of how we sustain and grow a culture of customer-centricity and product-led way of working.

The Person:

Stakeholder Management - There will be multiple touchpoints across the business and a necessity to secure buy-in with wider stakeholders and obtain support to ensure alignment with product delivery and strategy.

Technical Expertise - You'll be working with technical squads day-to-day and using this to inform decisions. Due to this, having an understanding of how technical systems are compiled is necessary.

Champion Of Data - We want this individual to champion insights from data they've collected and have a consistent data driven approach. We see data as a way to make better decisions and you'll be a champion of this within the product space.

Product Delivery - Validating the issue and delivering value on our product core is a vital component of this role.

Action Orientated - Delivering the product roadmap is a key factor. The perfect individual will have the ability to execute a vision strategy by translating this into actionable delivery.

Product Strategy - Having a direct impact on shaping the business's product future, we'll need you to highlight the broader plan and map out how we can deliver on this.
