Priory Hospital Arnold, near Nottingham, provides acute and psychiatric intensive care services to those in need across Nottinghamshire.We work closely with referring Trusts to achieve minimum lengths of stay, and are able to provide an extension to NHS care pathways during times of fluctuating demand.
The service offers a multidisciplinary team approach, working collaboratively to support patients through periods of crisis. The Hospital consists of 4 wards 2 Acute Wards and PICU wards with a total of 52 beds.To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Ward Manager and Clinical Team members
To receive and record referrals, admission and discharge documentation and circulate to all relevant parties.
To create new EPR records on CAREnotes and ensure all the relevant documentation is scanned and available to view.
To liaise with the MHA Administrator for all MHA documentation and Section paperwork.
Knowledge & Skills:
The role holder should be educated to GCSE (Grades A-C) or equivalent standard, and should possess a good working knowledge of Excel.
Experience:
Experience within an administrative, customer service, clinical or other appropriate background.
