Innovative, expanding and successful Tech business based near London Bridge is looking to recruit a bright, dedicated and ambitious People/HR Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for somebody with some previous HR/Recruitment experience to take the next step in their HR career and become part of an expanding and collaborative People team.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Reception duties including opening and closing of the office, answering all calls and stock management
- To be first point of contact for all global People queries.
- Manage people administration tasks including but not limited to corporate gifts, birthdays, welcome packs for new starters and raising POs
- Assisting with facilities
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking meetings
- Organising post/deliveries
- Meeting and Greeting guests
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Previous admin/reception experience
- Ability to learn office systems and procedures
- Intermediate level with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to finding solutions
- A positive cando attitude
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- Must be immediately available or on short notice
