We are excited to be recruiting for a Private Equity Associate for a market leading international law firm in the City of London.

You will join the private equity and funds team which forms part of the wider corporate department. This is the fastest growing team within the firm in terms of headcount and revenue.

This role will focus on private equity transactional work advising on a wide range of private M&A and private equity transactions, acting for corporates, private equity houses and other financial institutions.

You must have strong corporate experience with a keen interest in private equity. Ideally you will have between 4-6 years PQE with experience from a well regarded City or international law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded international firm where you will gain more responsibility taking a key role on transactions and working directly with clients and Partners. You will be given opportunities for training and development to help strengthen your skills and experience.
