A full-time position for an administrator has opened up with our client, a well-respected fire safety company based in Grangemouth. As part of the admin team, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support for the business, liaising with clients and engineers in order to ensure that jobs are completed within timeframes and compiling documentation to be sent out.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and updating client portals
- Uploading new client contract information and preparing service invoices
- Compiling service quotes and renewals
- Providing administrative support to engineers and uploading engineer jobs onto the operating platform
- Uploading monthly PPM for engineers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all key client SLA's are achieved and jobs are chased to completion
- General admin duties and training
- Motivated with strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrator skills
- Attention to detail
Salary:
£22,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, full time

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grangemouth, FK3 8BH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
