You would be joining a market leading team of 30 Surveyors based across the firms UK office network having the opportunity to be part of influencing the team's future growth strategy in the Midlands.

Lead and manage the leasing department, overseeing all aspects of leasing operations, strategies, and team performance.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing and motivated leasing team.
Proven track record in the real estate industry, with extensive experience in leasing, agency and asset management.
In-depth knowledge of the Birmingham property market and an understanding of local trends and regulations.
