Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and sustainably growing business as they look to engage with a qualified Accountant for a newly created role.


Due to continued growth within the business and group through both organic and acquisitive growth, this business are now seeking a qualified accountant to support the Group Finance Director with the following tasks - with additional projects and wider businessinitiative opportunities.


  • Acquisitions modelling, reviewing legal documents, onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses
  • Fund Raising modelling, assisting with external Due Diligence (populating data room, collating information etc) reviewing legal documents


  • Adhoc projects

  • Including corporate restructures and VAT structures
  • Reporting month end reporting working with investors and business directors, cashflow forecasting
  • Automation within Accounting software, forecasting and reporting


This role will pay up to £55,000 plus up to 10% bonus and the opportunity to join the business EMI Share scheme are 1 year service.

You will also benefit from Private Healthcare, 5% employer pension contribution and 38 days leave (inc bank holidays)
