As one of the UKs Leading manufacturers this is a fantastic opportunity to join the department as the Maintenance Manager with a bonus scheme and excellent benefits.

As the maintenance manager, you will report directly to the site engineering manager.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our well-established Engineering Department and will have 6 direct reports.

Your primary role is to develop the strategy of the engineering function and implementation of a proactive maintenance strategy which will include engineering related down time (OEE) Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

You will also be tasked with the developing a continuous improvement culture through the engineering department through the effective implementation and use of lean tools and techniques by all engineers such as PDCA, Breakdown analysis, FMEA, A3 etc.

To develop a planned maintenance program and CMMS to deliver best in class performance across the asset portfolio. Support the technical element of all new product introduction. ZAP are searching for candidates that have 5 years in a management position within a FMCG environment.
