    Our client a top 50 law firmare seeking a skilled and dedicated EmploymentSolicitor to join our clients renowned team as an Associate orSenior Associate depending on experience. The successful candidatewill be responsible for providing highquality legal advice andrepresentation to our clients on a wide range of employment lawmatters.

    Requirements

    1. Legal AdvisoryServices:
    • Provideexpert legal advice on various employment law issues including butnot limited to contracts policies disciplinary matters grievancesand employment tribunalclaims.
    • Stayabreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure clients areinformed of the impact on theirbusiness.
    1. ClientManagement:
    • Manageand build strong client relationships understanding their needs andproviding tailored legalsolutions.
    • Representclients in negotiations mediations and hearings ensuring theirinterests areprotected.
    1. CaseManagement:
    • Managea varied caseload of employment matters ensuring deadlines andclient expectations aremet.
    • Draftlegal documents including contracts settlement agreements and otheremploymentrelateddocumentation.
    1. BusinessDevelopment:
    • Contributeto the growth of the Employment Law department through proactivebusiness developmentactivities.
    • Participatein marketing initiatives seminars and client events to raise theprofile of the firms employment lawservices.
    1. TeamCollaboration:
    • Workcollaboratively with colleagues within the Employment Law team andacross other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutionstoclients.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualifiedsolicitor with a minimum of 5 years of postqualification experiencein employmentlaw.
    • Provenexperience handling a variety of employment law cases includingtribunalclaims.
    • Strongunderstanding of current employment legislation and caselaw.
    • Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills.
    • Clientfocusedwith the ability to build and maintain strong clientrelationships.
    • Businessdevelopment and marketing experience is highlydesirable.

    Legal Advisory Services: Provide expert legal advice on variousemployment law issues, including but not limited to, contracts,policies, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employment tribunalclaims. Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation andensure clients are informed of the impact on their business. ClientManagement: Manage and build strong client relationships,understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings,ensuring their interests are protected. Case Management: Manage avaried caseload of employment matters, ensuring deadlines andclient expectations are met. Draft legal documents, includingcontracts, settlement agreements, and other employment-relateddocumentation. Business Development: Contribute to the growth ofthe Employment Law department through proactive businessdevelopment activities. Participate in marketing initiatives,seminars, and client events to raise the profile of the firm'semployment law services. Team Collaboration: Work collaborativelywith colleagues within the Employment Law team and across otherdepartments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.Qualifications: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years ofpost-qualification experience in employment law. Proven experiencehandling a variety of employment law cases, including tribunalclaims. Strong understanding of current employment legislation andcase law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong clientrelationships. Business development and marketing experience ishighly desirable.
