Salary:
Up to £21,000

Location:
Hull

Hours:
Full time (40 hours per week)

Shift patterns between the operating hours of 7am - 7pm

Grafton Recruitment are excited to be collaborating with a national healthcare company for Patient Care Advisors to join their growing Hull offices.

This is a varied role, covering a large volume of incoming calls, dealing with a variety of sensitive informationfrom customers and delivering an exceptional level of customer care.

The duties of the Patient Care Advisor includes:

Be the first point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals and all other callers
Assist in the smooth operation of the admin office on a daily basis
Undertake any additional tasks as asked by management and any adhoc duties as required
Operate the patient booking system across the organisation, managing the clinical diaries
Contact and book in patients into appointment slots for health assessments and treatments
Effectively deal with patient queries and appointment request via telephone
Maintain key working relationships with customers, colleagues, management, and healthcare staff including GPs

You will need:

Secondary school level education
IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office package
Excellent telephone manner, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Be organised with great attention to detail
Able to work calmly under pressure and a problem solver
Able to prioritise own workload and be a team player
Any customer service/customerfacing background, including retail, contact centre, hospitality
