    Are you a wordsmith with a passion for fostering a cohesive and informed workplace? We're seeking an Internal Communications Officer to join our client and be the voice behind our organisational messaging.

    As the liaison between leadership and employees, you'll craft compelling communications that inform, inspire, and align our workforce.

    From drafting newsletters and memos to managing intranet content, you'll ensure our internal messaging reflects our values, goals, and culture.

    Hybrid (Choose to work from one of the following locations: As the Internal Communication's Officer your responsibilities will be as follows:

    Working with the colleagues to create and deliver effective internal communications and engagement plans
    Delivering first-class regular communications for all staff through a range of channels, ensuring ease of access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages living our tone of voice
    Building on existing networks and developing where required internal communications contacts throughout the organisation and developing an understanding and awareness of the internal communication needs
    Maintaining our intranet to meet our clients evolving needs, working with content owners to ensure that the intranet is clear and audience-focused
    Working with wider communications team to support campaigns
    Monitoring intranet inbox and offering support in a timely, professional and friendly manner

    Understanding of digital technologies used in internal communications
    An understanding of user experience
    Ability to tailor communication style to specific audience needs
    High level of oral and written communication skills with strong editing and proof-reading skills
    Ability to advise senior managers on internal communications challenges
    Experience of developing or contributing to internal communications strategies
    Experience of writing for a variety of audiences
    Demonstrable web writing skills and experience
    This is an initial 3 month temporary contract where you will be able to develop your skills.
