    What You Can Expect

    As a Hub Leader at Zimmer Biomet, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Inside Sales strategy and team for the UK. You will oversee competence development, coaching, best practice sharing and recruiting within your team, and support the strategic development of our Inside Sales function in the UK. You will report directly to our EMEA Inside Sales Leader, and can expect to shadow around 8 Inside Sales Representatives within your hub. Finally, you will be part of a pivotal transformation within Zimmer Biomet history, with large resourcing and focus dedicated to evolving our commercial model and embracing Next-Generation Sales Excellence.

    How You'll Create Impact

    As a Hub Leader at Zimmer Biomet, your role will be instrumental in spearheading the development and management of an Inside Sales Hub covering the UK. Your objectives will aim to drive sales performance while fostering a strong team culture and sales excellence within the Hub.

    Your primary focus will be to lead the development and management of a multicultural Inside Sales Hub by overseeing team performance and implementing inside selling strategies tailored to regional dynamics. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving inside sales targets within the UK. You will be expected to enable the UK inside sales team by facilitating an ongoing inside selling curriculum, including recurring individual and group coaching sessions, to drive inside selling excellence and tool adoption. You will also be responsible for organizing team activities to enhance skill development, team cohesion and collaboration.

    In this position, you will play an active role in recruiting and onboarding new Inside Sales Representatives and ensuring their seamless transition onto the team. You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking Hub performance and proactively identifying actions to drive the continued growth and development of our Inside Sales function in the UK. As a Hub Leader, you will encourage the sharing of experiences, insights, and best practices, not only between Inside Sales Representatives, but also between our Inside Sales Hubs across EMEA. Leadership skills, strategic vision and a sharp ability to foster collaboration will be instrumental in driving the success and elevating Zimmer Biomet's EMEA organization.

    What Makes You Stand Out

  • Sales team leadership and coaching experience, and motivation to build-up and develop an Inside Sales team
  • Strong analytical understanding to drive performance and customer understanding
  • Excellent communication, oral and written skills
  • Strong familiarity with digital channels, inside selling process excellence and experience using sales tools (e.g., SalesForce analytics & reporting, etc.)
  • Positive assessment of (i) experience in customer care and sales, especially in digital channels; (ii) complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling and social networks
  • Preferred: Knowledge related to medical devices / orthopaedics
  • Your Background

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in technical fields)
  • At least 3-5 years inside sales experience, preferably in a team leadership role
  • Preferred: addl. previous experience in medical devices / orthopaedics
  • Language: Proficiency in English
