An exciting opportunity awaits a Receptionist to be part of the team and manage the front desk for this Central London based Hotel.

Hotel Receptionist

  • Greet all guest and assist them with checkin and checkout
  • Respond to all guest questions and request in a timely manner
  • Answer and forward telephone calls
  • Assist with administrative and general task when required
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Keeping a tidy and orderly workspace

Requirements:


  • Experience of working in a hotel environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills and presentation
  • Professional and confident manner
  • Have experience of using hotel PMS
This is a 5 days per week and some weekends on a rotating basis
