Provide personalised support to students with SEND, including o1:1 and small group instruction, adapting teaching strategies and materials to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Assess student progress, track achievement, and gather evidence of learning using a variety of assessment methods, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
