Work Schedule:
Full-time, Permanent


Compensation:
£22k - £32k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
(First-year OTE £40,000-£50,000) + Benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Training Specialist.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive training and development programs to our sales partners, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel in their roles and drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations tailored to the needs of our sales partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant content and materials.
  • Actively participate in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and product demonstrations, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales partners, offering guidance and feedback to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales and training methodologies to continuously improve our training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to optimise results.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and continuous learning among sales partners.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or training and development roles is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse audiences.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
