Executive Assistant
Amour Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their clients in the aviation industry.
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Accountabilities:
Time Management:
Assist the CEO in optimizing their time and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient use of their schedule.
Calendar Planning:
Proactively manage and organize the CEO's busy calendar, considering multiple regions, time zones, and priorities.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, including preparation and coordination of logistics for key Board, Leadership, and other gatherings.
Reporting and Reminders:
Remind relevant stakeholders of reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Document Creation:
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other documents as needed to support the CEO's activities.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
Information Management:
Develop effective processes to ensure efficient delivery of information to the CEO.
Expense Processing:
Handle the CEO's business expenses, ensuring timely submission and approval.
Skills and Expertise:
Executive Administrative Experience:
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactivity and Multitasking:
Ability to work proactively, independently, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Attention to Detail:
High level of attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Business Understanding:
Knowledge of business needs and the role of the CEO in an organization.
Problem Solving:
Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
Decision Making:
Ability to think clearly, make informed decisions, and deliver results under tight timelines.
Time Management:
Outstanding time management skills to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
