    We are currently recruiting an experienced Digital Designer in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Hybrid working available

    Full-time, permanent

    £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + fantastic benefits

    As a digital designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling digital assets, including but not limited to attractive and engaging digital display advertising, social media graphics, email newsletters, and website design enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX/UI design, to

    ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
    • Optimise designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance across different devices and screen sizes.
    • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
    • Work as part of the Fluid Ads Marketing Team to create assets, develop digital outreach and support the company's own lead generation.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.
    • Maintain organised files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.

    Skills / Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or related field
    • Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
    • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
    • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus.
