    Senior Paralegal - Clinical NegligenceTop UK Law FirmUp to £30,000pa + BenefitsPermanent, Hybrid WorkingMy client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experience Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis - working as their new Senior Clinical Negligence Paralegal.

    Based in London, this Clinical Negligence team has been shortlisted for a number of awards in recent years for their work.

    As their new Senior Clinical Negligence Paralegal, you'll be responsible for:

    • Assisting Solicitors in the team with specific tasks regarding to their files/cases
    • Drafting witness statements and instructions
    • Conducting legal research and amending/proof-reading legal documents
    • Liaising with new and existing clients on a regular basis
    • Assisting Solicitors with the maintenance and organising of files, both hard copy and electronic+ much more.
    To qualify for this opportunity as their new Senior Clinical Negligence Paralegal, you'll need to have/be the following:

    • Have a minimum of TWO years Clinical Negligence experience from a law firm
    • Have a completed LLB (2:1 minimum) (LPC desirable)
    • Be able to conduct effective legal research
    • Be competent in all MS applications
