Description
We are hiring for multiple Interim Finance Coordinators to start as soon as possible.Our client is regarded as a world class institution providing outstanding education to students across the globe.
The overall purpose of the role is to provide support to the finance team who manage the finances for grants.
Day to day duties:
- Calculating and processing returns
- Calculating and processing academic financial rewards
- Setting up monthend journals
- Preparing and submitting financial claims
- Providing account closing services and reconciling as required
Essential criteria:
- Previously worked within a finance function
- Excel skills including vlookups, sumifs and pivot tables
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with staff at all management and directorate levels
- Strong IT skills including excellent excel
