    Are you ready to take on the role of Programme Manager for ERP Integration at a top player in the FMCG industry? Join our dynamic team committed to delivering excellence and high-quality products globally.

    We are looking for a skilled Programme Manager to oversee the implementation of a consolidated ERP system, combining various specialist systems like iTrent to improve efficiency.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP consolidation programme, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Develop and manage a detailed project plan with clear milestones and timelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems smoothly.
    • Oversee iTrent integration to maintain data consistency.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Manage the programme budget efficiently.

    Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, ideally in the FMCG sector.
    • Strong background in ERP system implementation, specific experience in IFS ERP is a plus.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is beneficial.

    Location: This role is based near Bristol, with on-site presence required 1-3 days per week.
