- Performing administration tasks within the Advisory & Inspection team including operational functions, invoicing and customer support.
- Providing non-technical operational support to the technical advisors to support with the delivery of retailer programmes and liaising with other external bodies via email and telephone.
- Record all actions and communications on bespoke workflow system (CRM tool).
- Ownership of multiple email inboxes and telephone calls.
- PO Chasing and invoicing for all completed products.
- Qualified to A Level (or equivalent) preferred.
- Be able to work proactively within defined process boundaries and work to tight deadlines with little supervision.
- Be highly organised, practical and pro-active.
- Have a methodical and structured approach to managing high volumes of products.
- Have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Packages.
