    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Softline Advisory Administrator to join our team. As part of the Advisory Services Team a successful candidate will be responsible to:

  • Performing administration tasks within the Advisory & Inspection team including operational functions, invoicing and customer support.
  • Providing non-technical operational support to the technical advisors to support with the delivery of retailer programmes and liaising with other external bodies via email and telephone.
  • Record all actions and communications on bespoke workflow system (CRM tool).
  • Ownership of multiple email inboxes and telephone calls.
  • PO Chasing and invoicing for all completed products.
  • Qualifications

    Essential:

  • Qualified to A Level (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Be able to work proactively within defined process boundaries and work to tight deadlines with little supervision.
  • Be highly organised, practical and pro-active.
  • Have a methodical and structured approach to managing high volumes of products.
  • Have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Packages.
