    The role:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Manager, reporting into the Operations Director, to oversee and manage the operational aspects of our Headquarters and Manufacturing Site in Greenford, West London.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the site, managing various support services, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Monitor and modify security measures to safeguard the site, employees and company assets.
    Manage access control systems and procedures to ensure the security of the premises.
    Monitor and manage utilities contracts, including electricity, water, and gas, to optimize consumption and reduce costs.
    Seek best long-term energy sourcing strategies and engage staff in reducing energy waste.
    Leading Rent and rates evaluations.
    Develop and manage the site services budget, controlling costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
    Provide regular reports on site and budget performance.
    Manage reception function and cover provision.
    Conduct regular inspections, to maintain site services, standards, and a safe secure working environment.
    Implement sustainable practices and identify opportunities for waste reduction initiatives.
    Collaborate with departments to optimize space utilisation and plans for future requirements.
    Manage office layouts, seating arrangements, shared spaces, meeting room standards and ensure a productive work environment.
    Ensure site is consistent with our Brand identity, purpose and values
    Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services for effective response.
    Build strong and effective relationships with our Landlord, estate neighbours and local council.
    Oversee contracted services linked to the facility i.e. cleaning, café, security
    Ensure car and bike parking provision is suitable for staff and visitors.
    Commission and project manage works linked to site services.
    Contractor management responsibilities for site services.
    Support wider facilities and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional site performance.

    Job requirements Who you are:
    Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
    Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
    Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ideally someone with a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Desired Experience:
    Proven experience in facilities management, preferably with a blend of office an industrial setting in the UK.
    Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, environmental practices, and security measures in the UK.
    Experience of producing tendering packs and service specification documents.
    Budget management experience.
