    IT specialist (m/f/d) in the laboratoryworkstation area

    UKSH Gesellschaft für ITServices mbH, based in Lübeck, provides all IT services for theUniversity Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) and thussupports cutting-edge medicine and research at Schleswig-Holstein'slargest employer. Our service portfolio includes support foradministrative and clinical systems, including customizingapplications and providing the IT infrastructure, service desk andIT support. We also provide IT services to UKSH subsidiaries andother external customers.

    Join our team atCampus Lübeck and support us at the earliest possible date infull-time/part-time is generally possible. What you can expect:

    • Serviceowner responsibility: in addition to the support and furtherdevelopment of our applications in the laboratory, you will beresponsible for the further digitalization of pathology
    • Together with our motivated team, you will ensure thatour systems are optimally configured and further developed
    • Participation in project teams to activelyshape and take on sub-project management tasks
    • Contact person for users and responsible for thecorresponding support, including support with questions andproblems
    • Carrying out release tests andplanning and implementing software updates
    • Creation of training materials and internal documentation forknowledge transfer within the team
    • Analyzingand rectifying errors that occur as part of second-level support
    • Participation in on-call duty to ensuresmooth operation around the clock

    What you bring with you:

    • Completed IT training with a focus on applicationsupport or medical/medical informatics training with a strongaffinity for IT
    • Team player Communicationskills and commitment
    • Ideally experience inproject work or sub-project management
    • Structured and reliable way of working and willingness tofamiliarize yourself independently
    • Interestin clinical processes and knowledge of the systems mentioned is anadvantage
    • Confident handling of MS Officeapplications
