We're seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the dynamic team at a prestigious school located in Upminster.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing support across various classes, including the Nurture Group and ARP unit.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide general classroom support, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Work closely with students, offering oneonone assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to the nurturing and development of students within the Nurture Group.
  • Support the unique needs of students in the ARP unit, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to support the academic and emotional growth of students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide tailored support to students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
