    GSL Education is working with an Ofsted graded 'Good' Secondary School in Hull, to appoint a full-time Teacher of Maths to start as soon as possible, or from September 2024.

    Teacher of Maths Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join our team, as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

    The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across various year groups 7 to 11.
    Key Responsibilities as a Teacher of Maths:
    To plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
    To differentiate teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
    To monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate academic growth.
    To collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and departmental initiatives.
    To maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' enthusiasm for Mathematics.
    As the ideal Teacher of Maths, you should have:
    UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
    Minimum of 6 months UK Maths teaching experience or be an Early Career Teacher.
    Have a Degree in Maths or a related subject area.
    Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths.
