Mechanical Engineer

Up to £42,000 - Monday - Friday

Working in a static role you will cover a commercial building.

• Working in a Mechanical Engineering role you will be performing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Mechanical Building equipment like AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motors, General Plumbing and Fabric Equipment.
• Monday - Friday 1pm - 10pm - days only
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Mechanical and building services equipment.
• Going beyond specialised duties when required like, multi-skilled maintenance changing lightbulbs, fabric maintenance, doors, plumbing and etc.

We are keen to speak to Engineers who are Mechanical qualified to C&G/NVQ Levels 2,3

• Minimum of 2+ years in Mechanical building maintenance.
