Platform Lead Salary: 85'000 Location: Bristol HQ
~2 days p/wThis market leading client are looking for a Salesforce SME to come and join them as they start to build on their current salesforce platform, to gain a further understanding of their users and increase their customer satisfaction

Experience Required:
Significant Salesforce experience in Development, leading teams and maintaining Salesforce platform and/or other similar roles.

Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant are highly desired - or practical experience with these modules.

Proven track record of successful delivery of large programs of work across multiple salesforce clouds.
Must be a Salesforce SME with deep knowledge of the platform both technically and functionally.
Strong track record of managing teams and building effective partnerships with peers.
Demonstrable hands-on experience in Salesforce application setup, configuration and administration.
Expert in Agile methodologies.
ResponsibilitiesProvide hands on expertise in Salesforce and other systems that fall under the Customer platforms remit.
Work with the Portfolio office to prioritise opportunities for new application functionality, while aligning with the digital roadmap. Vendor Relationship Management
~ Manage relationships with and track performance of Platform vendors. Implement governance policies for Platform usage that will stand up to strict Audit scrutiny and adhere to relevant regulations.
Change Management and User Adoption
~ Work closely with the team to identify, define, and deliver training across users and team members.

Provide leadership and development paths for Customer Platform team members aligned to platform strategyOversee the technical design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the customer platform.
