Locomotive Workshop Team Leader - Stoke on Trent

The Role:


  • Lead and develop a team of Fitters and Technicians to ensure all Technicians to ensure all production deadlines are met to relevant standards.
  • Provide technical expertise on all aspects inspecting the work of the team

Your Profile:


  • ONC, HNC OR BTEC in Mechanical Engineering or Apprenticeship
  • Locomotive experience is essential
  • Clear leadership skills and an appetite for learning
  • Right to work in the UK

Hours:


Shifts:
/ with early finish on a Fridays (12.5% shift allowance)
