    Our client is a key supplier to the armed forces, who supply full turnkey services including system design, mechanical and software engineering, system integration, trials, production and delivery services and support

    As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business, managing existing programs, and ensuring the successful execution of military contracts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead negotiation, execution, and life-cycle management of high-value military contracts
    • Collaborate with Parent Companies to secure new business and manage existing programs
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
    • Develop and maintain contractual terms and conditions
    • Prepare cost models and competitive price proposals
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users
    • Support subcontract managers in negotiation and management of major subcontracts
    • Assist Head of Commercial with legal and commercial aspects of contracts
