    As we align all areas of Brown & Brown Europe to a common set of principles, we are looking to appoint a Graphic Designer. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Insight.

    We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised candidate who has a deep understanding of design and brand development. This is a brand new role and is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team to help develop and execute visual concepts for various marketing and underwriting projects. You will be able to bring your creativity to the forefront, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to the ongoing development of our in-house brands and trading styles.

    This role will be ideal for a self starter with high attention to detail, who is capable of working autonomously and collaboratively. You will be responsible for the production and delivery of marketing and underwriting collateral across all design disciplines, and your primary focus will be to support the marketing team in delivering strategic marketing activity for the business. You will be also required to work with the wider marketing team and third parties with input on branding, imagery, print management and cross-channel communications.

    The day to day:

    • Design and produce print and digital marketing communications for a wide range of platforms and campaigns, marketing collateral, social media, email, press and events
    • Convert brand assets into graphic interpretations where required (i.e. brochureware, infographics, capability statements, service offer sheets, flyers, motion graphics/ animation)
    • Evolve our brand guidelines and help develop our short and long term brand strategy
    • Brainstorm and create storyboarding scenes to support delivery of marketing campaigns
    • Work with the Marketing team to interpret design briefs and collaborate with teammates and external stakeholders to bring both technical and creative vision to life
    • Ensure branding, imagery and collateral are kept up to date and files are named correctly
    • Manage own workload and collaborate with the business to ensure on-time delivery of visual content
    • Assist with technical design when required
    • Support with events as required

    About you:

    • You'll ideally have 5-8 years of experience within Graphic Design – experience within the Financial Services industry or agency background is essential
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
    • You should be capable to lead visual concepts through to artwork
    • Familiarity with email marketing tools
    • Previous experience with rebrand is desired
    • Passion for design and a creative flair
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro)
    • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography/ brand skills and design skills
