One of Oxford's most successful innovative companies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial Senior HR Manager for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.


Covering maternity leave you will be responsible for providing expert professional advice, guidance and support to the VPs, Directors, Managers and Staff.

Covering all aspects of human resources and people management.

Primarily supporting the UK-based workforce and reporting to the HR Director, duties will include:

  • The development and delivery of all aspects of HR to include short, medium and long-term aims and objectives of the business
  • Organisational development & performance management
  • Employee relations, engagement, recruitment, onboarding and induction
  • Regular 1 to 1 meetings within the business areas, identifying any learning and development needs
  • Building a robust infrastructure to enable the business to grow and operate effectively
  • Project management
