Description
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To ensure the timely, accurate and efficient registration of drawings, reports,
- Specifications,RFP, RFis and submittals.
- To QA/QC check construction documentation for inconsistencies specific to clouding, deltas, revision formatting, title blocks, etc.
- To issue drawings, reports, specifications and schedules to clients and contractors.
- To ensure all milestone issues for each project are recorded accurately.
- To assist with the collation and coordination of drawings & documents in
- Preparation for the date of issuance.
- To understand the life cycle of a drawing and status's relating to each phase
- To assist I coordinate architectural teams printing requirements where necessary.
- To contribute, or otherwise assist, as required.
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with SD procedures and standards.
- Attendance at design team meetings internal and external.
Skills:
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
- Able to use the various project management programs.
- Able to gain an understanding of all hardcopy and electronic workflows for correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (high level of english is needed).
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
- Self motivated and able to take responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally the ability to work well in a team.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Empathy with a creative environment.
- Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively on tight deadlines.

- Have a flexible approach to working in other areas of document services group as and when cover is required.
- Able to set and achieve deadlines and communicate the progress towards these deadlines.

- Able to manage task and time efficiently.
- To be extremely detail oriented and able to handle a heavy workload pertaining to data entry.
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of BIM workflow.
- Familiar with project phasing, scope of works, deliverables.
Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
