    Your role will be instrumental in positioning the company as a thought leader in the science of exhibiting and maximising exhibitor ROI.

    Crafting compelling marketing strategies and campaigns, you will resonate with fellow marketers and captivate prospects with a 'walk in their shoes' experience.

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director, collaboration will be key as you work alongside the Head of New Business and internal creative teams.

    You will also extend your expertise to the company's brand, catering to organisers with a distinct value proposition.

    Leadership is at the core of this role, as you will manage a junior marketing resource and establish a prospect research function.

    Your team will harness AI-generated data, feeding into Sugar CRM and Sugar Market tools to spearhead lead-generating campaigns. Your strategic oversight will ensure the optimisation of a substantial marketing budget.

    The transition into this role is seamless, with the support of the current marketing manager who is transitioning to a new role within the company but remains an invaluable digital/web marketing resource.
