As a Room Leader at our Chipping Norton service, you will lead by example, creating an environment where learning thrives.

Your role will involve delivering high-quality programs, monitoring and documenting children's progress, ensuring each child's individual portfolio reflects their development journey.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will maintain open and transparent channels with team members, children, and families. Previous experience working in a childcare setting
Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
