We are on the lookout for a Remote Credit Hire Recoveries Handler who are looking to build a long-term career within Credit Hire Organisations.

Our client is a well-established Credit Hire company who are experiencing a period of rapid growth and are looking to bolster their claims team with a skilled Remote Credit Hire Recoveries Handler.

This opportunity comes with clear routes for progression.

The organisation is ideally situated in Cheadle close by to major motorway links, really modern offices with free parking and great amenities in close proximity.

As one of the leaders in commercial credit hire and legal expenses, they are highly rated ontrust pilot and have gone on to pick up multiple industry awards such as 'claims provider of the year 2019'.

As a Recoveries handler you would be expected ensure claims recovery is maximised utilising case laws, to prepare claims to be able to be litigated on quickly and efficiently and ensure there is no leakage in relation to lost income or length of recoveryperiod but most importantly deliver against agreed targets and ensure best possible customer service is provided.

Duties for the Remote Credit Hire Recoveries Handler

To take all claims details (FNOL) and determine liability
Good understanding of ABI GTA and non GTA settlements
To give other handlers guidance on more complex liability situations and
Chasing total loss payments/CIL
Construct strong arguments to maximise recoveries
Recover any uninsured losses as appropriate
Allocate new business to appropriate channels by estimating claim value from the outset
Recover outstanding hire and repair invoices from insurance companies
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of recovery process including GTA
