Description
A leading SaaS business based in South Manchester have recently implemented Salesforce systems and looking for an experienced Dialler Manager to help optimise the productivity from the newly implemented Salesforce systems.
As a business they have been going through a huge transformation as to how technology and sales can integrate and this project has been key.
Joining them as a Dialler Manager, you will be collaborating across the data and sales functions developing and implementing reporting frameworks, supporting the optimisation of omnichannel Salesforce strategy to improve ROI.
Annual Bonus up to 10%Flexible working (3-4 days a week on site in their central Manchester office. Their office is great and has on site gym, breakout spaces and restaurant)

Strong commercial experience working with CRM Systems and understanding how it can be used to optimise performance
Analytical mindset - Able to identify data gaps, and recommend solutions to fill them
Experienced in building processes and reporting frameworks to improve sales decision making
Provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis and other factors influencing the commercial landscape
Strong analytical skills interpreting data and communicating with stakeholders
