We are looking for Registered General Nurses in the Wakefield area.

Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a specialist Complex Care Provider, who support clients with varying physical, emotional, and other care needs.

This particular role will involve:

Providing person centred care on a 11 basis
Adequately supporting the client with daily needs i.e. tracheostomy care, deep suctioning, cough assists, ventilators, personal care and all other necessities

To be successful in this role, it is ideal that you:

Are a fully qualified RGN
Understand the importance of promoting independence, providing personcentred care, and encouraging clients to lead a fulfilling and active life
Are passionate, caring and enthusiastic
Flexible, patient and nonjudgemental
A great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
Able to demonstrate good communication skills
Able to complete the physical aspects of the role such as manual handling

Full-time and Part-time hours are available
