Level 2 Scale 3 – 6 (Start as soon as possible)
Actual Salary £18,499.34 to £19, Term Time Only)
35 hours per week – 8.15 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.
St Peter's Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual as an Administration Assistant in our busy School Office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school so excellent communication skills and the ability to offer a warm welcome are a must. You will be supporting staff, pupils and parents with all administrative aspects of school life.
Reporting to the School Business Manager you will be:
Proactive
Flexible
Able to multi-task and work on your own initiative
Have a high level of IT literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Have a commitment to promote and safeguard the welfare of children
