Immediate requirement: A renowned insurance brokerage is seeking an M&A generalist lawyer to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of being extended.

Full time – Hybrid working: 2-3 days in their London offices.

The ideal candidate:

• 3 years PQE + (ideally UK qualified )
  
• Skills and experience within the M&A transaction cycle
  
• Relevant in-house experience (preferably in the insurance industry)
