As the Senior Officer you will support the smooth running of their Global Programmes team by ensuring that their app reporting project is having its maximum impact for the LGBTQ community.

You will work as part of the Global team and be responsible for keepingthe app frequently updated with relevant events and opportunities, monitoring the promotion of the app, collating key statistics about the levels, and using these to support on the creation of evidence-based reports.


  • General project oversight and reporting responsibilities, working alongside the Grants and Finance team
  • Upload events to the app dashboard and checking these are well populated
  • Liaise with phone providers about the app's performance, and discussing any issues
  • Compile data about incident reports and app performance to create resources they can share externally to demonstrate the app's success
  • Liaise on ongoing technical considerations about the app and any required updates.
  • Maintain an overview of UK launch activities including communications and launch events
  • Scope for opportunities to promote the UK app and flagging these to the Comms team and our partners
  • Maintain and supporting the transfer of news articles onto the app dashboard once the News feature launches
  • Request and analyse app performance data to understand which content is most appropriate for user audience
