    We are currently seeking Major Projects Coordinator to support within our service business based in the United Kingdom, reporting to Field Resource Management.

    As a Coordinator you will be responsible for conducting technical and/or administrative, pre-defined support activities for Major Products/Service operations and delivery. This is a challenging and varied role in which every day will be different.

    Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to Major Projects team
  • Oversee the management of job request sheets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of requests
  • Consume parts, make reservations, ensuring availability
  • Service Order Management/Dispatch
  • Parts reservation processes, ensuring availability of necessary parts for maintenance and repair activities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure vendors meet company standards and qualifications through vendor qualification checks.
  • Project based sourcing of items through vendors and comparing quotes (tooling consumables)
  • Process project purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently through S4 or Ariba systems
  • Review and approve project purchase requisitions, handling any necessary amendments in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain and update trackers to monitor project-based procurement activities and ensure timely processing of purchase requests and orders
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions for employees, managing scheduling
  • Project SharePoint management – set up, maintain manage access rights archives and structure
  • Onboarding of new resources – set up new starters in our systems, coordination of training, PPE ordering and most importantly ensure a smooth onboarding experience into our business

  • You have to be computer literate with excellent analytical skills and a drive for stats
  • Knowledge or experience in all Microsoft Office packages is essential
  • Competent to work under pressure to deadlines and take responsibility for own work

  • Driven with ability to work on own initiative to achieve targets
